Work In Progress

Unitystation typically only takes a few moments to download and start playing. If you are having trouble or are confused this guide should help clear things up.

The Stationhub
Unitystation the game is launched through a launcher called the Stationhub. When downloading you will be installing the Stationhub, this launcher allows you to see a list of all the public servers and download the builds or forks they are using from there and join them. The Stationhub is also a good way to keep track of Unitystation news under the "News" tab.

Downloading through the Unitystation Website
https://www.unitystation.org/

The first way to download Unitystation is through the website (linked above). Clicking the download button on the homepage will automatically read which operating system you are using and start to install the correct version of it.

Steps for Windows
After clicking download from the website a zipped folder should begin to install.

Once the folder is finished downloading you will want to open it up and extract it to wherever you want the files to be kept.

After that you should be done installing the Stationhub, I recommend making a shortcut and moving it to wherever you keep your games for easier access.

Double-click the StationHub.exe and it will open.

Steps for Mac
Steps for Linux
Unitystation - Playtest EU and USA: These are the staging builds that use the most recent builds and are for testing, they are the ones played on during weekly playtests.

White Dream - Main: This is a Russian server that uses the staging builds.

Overview of the tabs on top:

News: Displays the changelog and blog posts.

Installations: A list of all of the builds you have installed and allows you to delete them or launch from them directly.

Preferences: This lets you change the installation path you have set for the different builds.

How to Join a Server
Once you've installed the build related to a server click "Start" to launch the game and automatically connect to the server.

Creating an Account
Then back in the game press back and log in with the account you just created. (make sure to click the Auto login button as it will make it easier in the future.)

There you should be signed in and join the game!

(You may need to close out the game and rejoin a server if it is stuck signing you in.)

Then you should simply press character, and create a new character if you need help use the Character Creation Guide.

After than join the server and you'll be in the game, have fun!

Each round of Unitystation can has a specific game mode. There are currently 5 different game modes in the game, the differences of each game mode mostly change what type of conflict the station will have to deal with. The round's game mode is chosen randomly at the beginning of a new round, though a vote, or by a admin. Often times a game mode will be kept a secret though it may show what game mode the server is hosting on the server list. At the end of each round a report will appear showing all of the antagonists and their objectives during the game mode and whether or not they succeeded.

Traitor
This is the most common game mode for servers to be running. A few players are chosen to be undercover Syndicates where they will be given objectives to complete. They are given three objectives and a round end task. Objectives can be anything from stealing a specific high value item, killing a specific player, or preventing a specific player from leaving the station at the end of the round. The round end tasks involve making it to the escaping alive, making it to the end free (out of jail or handcuffs), or preventing everyone from leaving the station. To aid traitor players they are given a Syndicate Uplink in their PDA that allows them to purchase a limited amount of special syndicate items that can help them complete their objectives. These include things like explosives, weapons, tools, armors and suits, etc. The mix of open-ended objectives along with unique items and tools to help traitors accomplish their goal makes the Traitor game mode a staple of Unitystaiton.

Nuclear Emergency
Nuclear Emergency is special game mode where a group Nuclear Operatives from the Syndicate go to the station in attempt to find a Nuke Disk and blow up the station. Contrasting with the Traitor game mode the group of Nuclear Operatives often work together and not undercover. They are given a Syndicate Uplink similar to traitors and Nuke Disk pinpointer to help them storm the station with their shuttle and grab the Nuke Disk that is often carried by the Captain. This game mode is often much more directly action packed as Nuclear Operatives typically go in guns blazing and have to fight off Security and any other crew that has armed up. Their goal is to take the Nuke Disk, put it in the Nuke, insert the Nuke Code, and blow up the station.

Wizard
In this game mode a wizard from the Space Wizard Federation has come to the station with tasks very similar to that of a traitor. They are given a bunch of unique spells they can unlock to help them accomplish their goal from lightning bolts to a drop pod summoning a bunch of guns the wizard has many unique ways to assault the station. For a full list of wizard spells check out: Wizard Spells

Blob
The Blob is typically a mid-round antagonist that spawns as a ghost role for a player to pick. The player is spawned as a normal person that will soon explode into writhing mass of organs and tentacles, the player is given a few minutes to choose a spot where a countdown will signal that they are about to become the Blob. The Blob role works differently than any other antagonist in the game, the player plays the blob almost as a RTS mode. The player explodes turning into the Blob's central node, a tile they have to protect or they will die. The blob has a set amount of biomass that slowly accumulates that can be spent on expanding, upgrading specific blob tiles, changing the blob type, etc. The goal of a Blob is to expand as much as possible, once reaching a critical size they will win the game by destroying the station. The crew will be alerted of the Blob's presence once the blob reaches a somewhat moderate size if it is not found beforehand. During the time the blob is on the station the emergency shuttle will not be able to leave, stranding the crew on the station until the Blob is defeated by destroying its central node.

Blood Brothers
In Blood Brothers two players are spawned as "Brothers" with each other. They work with the syndicate similar to Traitors and Nukies, however their uplink is given much less TC. The lore is that two brothers came from a prison where they were experimented on giving them more health and a special spell or paranoia. The objective of the Blood Brothers is to complete at least 70% of their objectives (which are about the same as the ones Traitors get), however if one of the brothers dies they both die. This is Unitystation's unique take on the gamemode of the same name from classic SS13. With the players being linked together it focuses on more cooperation between the two brothers for better or for worse.

__NOTOC__
About UnityStation
UnityStation is a free-to-play game made as a clone of the cult classic Space Station 13 game, but built on Unity, instead of using the outdated BYOND. Unitystation aims on updating many of the outdated and clunky systems on SS13 using Unity from the ground up.

Space Station 13, the greatest spessmen simulator ever created. If you have ever played SS13 before you can agree on one thing, BYOND, it sucks! This is where UnityStation comes in. Started in Nov 2016 we have endeavored to ensure SS13 has a long and prosperous future outside of BYOND by cloning the /tg/ source to Unity. Read more about SS13 here.

Unitystation's goal is to make the classic SS13 more accessible for everyone whether you're an SS13 veteran or a brand-new player. All you need to do is download the game here and hop on any of the open servers. Have fun and good luck!
The easiest way to download Unitystation is by going to https://www.unitystation.org/ and pressing the download button. It should automatically begin downloading a zipped folder of the StationHub.

When the file has finished downloading drag it to where you would like to keep the folder and right click, Extract All. There select where you want the game to be extracted to and click Extract.

Once it has finished extracting you can select "StationHub", right click, and click Create Shortcut then drag the shortcut where you'd like for easier access later.

To get into the game you will want to double click on StationHub and the server list should open up. Before playing playing you will need to find the server you'd like to join and download the build it is hosted on.

Once that is complete just click "Start" and the game should launch! Have fun!

What are we gonna do with Dae's Wiki?
I think I prefer this wiki-style over his but I don't think it's fair to throw away all of the work he and some of the other people on his team has done. I was thinking about maybe having his version be the multi-language one but I really don't know. I mean how else do you think we could have both wikis and have it make sense? He doesn't want me to work on this wiki anymore until they are finished and ready to present their wiki so I guess I'm gonna take a break from working on this one :(. If you have any ideas on what we could do to somehow keep both wikis useful or something let me know I guess I just don't want to mention it on discord.

Whether you're trapped in maints, a shifty Syndicate, or just a Greytide looking to mess around hacking is a great way to force open various doors to get where you need to go. Be careful though you might anger the Janitor or get in trouble with the Head of Security.

How to hack
Hacking has a risk of getting shock, ruining the door, or even getting arrested. It's a good idea to run to the tool closet at the start of the round and try to get the Insulated Gloves before anyone else as these will protect you from shock. If you can't get proper Insulated Gloves any Budget Insulated Gloves should work but even without those you'll live without any gloves (you just might end up a bit twitchy). To avoid any prying eyes you'll want to find a secluded spot to start hacking, a good place would be somewhere in the Maintenance Tunnels if you want to avoid getting caught or ruining any important doors. You'll only have to try one door before you know which wire to cut every time as the wire colours do the same for every door per round (the order the colours are in will be random per door however).

Before you get to hacking any kind of door you'll need 3 essential tools to get it done. A screwdriver, wire cutters, and a crowbar.

Steps to hacking:
Pro Tip: Don't just cut all the wires, you're bound to end up bolting the door shut making it unusable.
First use your screwdriver on any door, simply clicking on it with a screwdriver with hand will open the cable panel.

To access the wires click on the door with the opened cable panel with the wire cutters.

There will be a bunch of wires connecting to different coloured outlets, start by cutting some wires and testing the door. Every wire has a function so when you test one cut wire try replacing it back and trying to next and repeating.

Eventually you'll cut a wire and when testing the door it'll say "Airlock is unpowered." Click on the airlock now with your crowbar and it eventually be pried open. (If this does not happed it means the door is bolted shut and you'll have to find another door to try on.)

What the wires do:
This wire provides power to the door. When cut, you can open the door with a crowbar.
When cut, the door will be set to electrified causing anyone interacting with door without insulated gloves to be shocked.
When cut, the door's bolt gets activated meaning you can no longer open or pry open the door. Can be reset with remote or Bolt Card.
Removes AI Control
This wire gives AI control to the door. When cut, it will prevent the AI from being able to interact with the door.
Rest of wires do other interactions as well but the one's above are the 4 main ones you'll likely use it for. You can figure out what the other wires do by testing them it usually only takes a few minutes. Once you figure out the power wire, you can open most doors in a few seconds it just takes quite a bit of tools. It's usually a good idea to replace the wires you cut after you done testing them so you don't get compounding effects on door which might confuse you.
You'll only have to try one door before you know which wire to cut everytime as the wire colours do the same for every door per round (the order the colours are in will be random per door however).

Before you get to hacking any kind of door you'll need 3 essential tools to get it done. A screwdriver, wire cutters, and a crowbar.

Steps to hacking:

Wire
Description
Power
This wire provides power to the door. When cut you can open the door with a crowbar.
Shock
When cut, the door shocks anyone who interacts with it without insulated gloves.
Bolt
When cut, the door becomes bolted shut and cannot be opened again unless you have a remote or bolt card.
Pressure Warning
When cut, the door will play a pressure warning when trying to open.
Prevent Bolt
When cut, this wire will prevent the bolt from falling. (Won't work if bolt already activated.)
Prevent Shock
When cut, this wire will prevent shocking from occuring.
Force Close
When cut, the door will try to force close.
Close
When cut, the door will try to close.
Bump
When cut, the door will open when clicked on not when walking into it.
AI
This wire controls AI interaction with the door. When cut, the AI can no longer interact with the door.
Figuring out the door wiring can take a minute or two initially, but it's well worth the time investment, as a working pattern can be repeated with additional doors in seconds.

Surgery, the best way to look at people's insides. It is very useful for augmenting other players, or yourself. ~~Or creating monstrosities.~~

So how does it work?
Tools required for the Job
So far the surgery tools in the game are the Scalpel, Circular Saw, Cautery, Surgical Drill, Retractor, Gauze, and the Hemostat. However currently the Circular Saw and the Hemostat don't do anything in surgery. These tools can be found in the surgery part of medical, robotics, or in a emergency surgery kit.

Step by step Surgery
To begin any surgery you'll need to make sure your target whether you or someone else is laying down, whether on operating table, bed, or even the ground doesn't matter.

To start the surgery you want to alt-click on your target with a surgery tool (I recommend the scalpel if you are starting it.) A menu should open up giving you the options, there should be two major options, picking a body part or the attach procedure. If you select a body part a menu should open for it, things like the torso and head can be cut open to access organs inside it, otherwise the only option will be to heal or remove it.

Attaching/Implanting
This could be attaching a robotic limb, giving yourself a tail, implanting a cybernetic, or whatever zany thing you might wanna do. Start by selecting "Attach Procedure" or "Implant item in..." then you will need to use these tools in order: Scalpel > Hemostat > Retractor then you can click on yourself and implant or attach whatever it is you are trying to (NOTE only things that make sense can actually be implanted or attached, things like body parts or organs etc.).

Cut Open
To cut a part open for example something like your head you will first want to select it in the menu then use these tools in order: Scalpel > Retractor > Hemostat. After doing that when you alt-click on your target again it should show whatever is inside that part. (For example in the head would be the brain, eyes, tongue, etc.)

Remove
To remove a body part or organ first select the "Remove..." option in the surgery menu. Then use these tools in order: Scalpel > Hemostat > Scalpel. (WARNING: You might start bleeding afterwards, make sure to have some gauze handy to prevent blood loss and making a mess.)

Closing a body part
After you're done messing around inside a body part like your torso you'll want to close it up for next time. Start by selecting "Close..." then simply use the Cautery and it should seal back up.

Important things to note
Currently you are unable to continue or cancel mid-surgery so make sure you have all of the tools needed and have something you can actually implant or you won't be able to continue.

If you come across a surgical procedure and unsure what tools to use you can usually brute force it by just trying all the tools until the next step advances.

Surgery is still somewhat work-in-progress so while most things work perfectly fine some things might be a bit wonky or not yet implemented fully.

Why you might want to do surgery
Luckily since this is just a game it won't hurt at all (physically at least). While you'd think doctors would mostly be concerned with surgery a lot of science is done with the system as well. When you are applying cybernetics for example a Roboticist needs to do surgery to implant cybernetics or give you shiny new robot limbs. These robot limbs and cybernetics can increase your natural abilities like letting you run faster, carry more, or even special abilities like having an automatic reviver! Surgery can also give you a chance to survive a facehugger as if you are quick enough you can remove the embryo from the stomach before the larvae bursts out of you. Cargo might even try to convince you to give up your kidneys so they can sell them for a pretty penny.

While surgery may seem daunting at first it offers a lot of great opportunities and can do a lot to help your fellow crewmate. So good luck and have fun going out there cutting up your fellow crew and stitching them back together!
Is there a link to every page available? If not I think finding a way to add it would be useful.
How about a big DOWNLOAD button? Also thinking about trying to make some flashy unitystation logo art like on paradise's wiki.

Spoiler-free Hacking Tips [as of build 4105]
Use a screwdriver on a door (on any intent) to open the panel. Clicking on the door with wires, or a wirecutter in hand will open the hacking interface. The panel can be closed again by using a screwdriver on the door a second time, making it less evident that the door has been tampered with.

Door hacking poses a risk of electric shock, so insulated gloves are a good idea!

The panel contains two rows of sockets with several wires running between them. Clicking on a wire with cutters selected will cut and remove it. With an empty hand selected, clicking an empty socket in the bottom row followed by one in the top row will connect the two sockets with a wire.

Try cutting a wire, trying the door out, then replacing the wire as you found it. Take note of any differences between the effects of cutting different individual wires. Experiment further by isolating and working with wires associated with a single type of behavior.

Try moving around a wire's connection point on one end only--either the top or bottom row.

Once you have a success, try replicating it with another door.

Take it one step at a time--If you break a door irrecoverably, move on to a different one and try being more slow and methodical in your experimentation.

The same colored wire will do the same thing on every door.

The positions of the wires will be randomized though.

Have a good excuse ready for when the Head of Security (inevitably) wanders by while you're up to your yellow-gloved wrists in buzzing, sparking wires.

You may want to start with some door off in maint, where no one can catch you.

Some important types of wires
Wire
Description
Power
This wire provides power to the door. When cut you can open the door with a crowbar.
Shock
When cut, the door shocks anyone who interacts with it without gloves.
Bolt
When cut, the door becomes bolted
Figuring out the door wiring can take a minute or two initially, but it's well worth the time investment, as a working pattern can be repeated with additional doors in seconds.

The Blob is a sentient biomass that highjacks a player character's body with the goal of blowing up said body; spreading and consuming the entire station.

Taco Tuesday
So you took one extra taco from the kitchen and now feel the sudden urge to walk into maintenance so you can think about your life choices. If you are the blob, you will receive a warning about your upcoming transformation with various messages urging you to find a dark isolated place and cower. you will almost certainly know when you are just about to turn, and before then you should try your best to reduce the stations ability to fight you. your time as a human is limited, and once it is up your body will burst and turn into a blob core, whether or not you are prepared. Good locations to turn include isolated pockets of maintenance, unattended departments, space, or, if you feel like taking a gamble, regions near critical functions such as power or atmospherics

In order, when you learn you are a blob you should:

* Think of a location where you want to set up your blob core.
* prepare the location so you can rapidly access it when you are about to turn (by deconstructing walls or hacking doors)
* absolutely make sure you know how to get there, and how to get there fast, from almost any spot on the station
* wander around stealthily cutting wires, turning off batteries, sabotaging the reactor, spacing regions, etc.
* when you are about to turn into a blob sprint to your chosen location, ignore everything else.

When you become a blob for real it is important not to reveal yourself too early, as you are VERY vulnerable. dont intentionally breach walls into open areas or hallways. focus on building up your economy before you are detected, building as many resource nodes as possible. Ideally by the time you are found you should have a well built economy and be able to rapidly set up defenses. If you somehow get undetected until the station announcer says you exist you should begin to setup defenses preemptively.

The midphase of blob is typically marked by when the blob switches from economy buildup to spreading wide and is when most conflict with the crew occurs. Focus on eliminating any attackers, either through raw brute force or by trapping them before attacking them. Emitters will serve as the crews most powerful weapon against you, and can rapidly cut a path towards your core. Reflective nodes can be helpful, but will also be among the first the crew targets. if your core itself is in the path of an emitter, move it. to eliminate an emitter, build towards it parralell to its blasts, it is a machine like any other and can thus be rapidly broken down with directed attacks. Fire and explosives, while they can be devestating, are typically more harmful to the crew than they are to you. something to note is that you can space regions by breaking glass windows. This is helpful, as those in space suits and hardsuits are slower, and there arent many suits on the station to begin with. Blob factories can be useful in rare situations to harass players with floating blob spores, but are often more expensive than they are useful.

When you are confident that any crew retaliation has been adequetly repelled, it is time to switch to late-game blob. just expand, fucking everywhere. place nodes wherever they fit, dont be afraid to fill hallways, rapidly build towards and destroy critical station functions. The crew can do little to stop you, as your resource gains are incredibly fast. If you have more than 250 tiles and the crew is repelled, you can be reasonably confident that you have won.

Upon reaching 400 tiles, you will get to critical mass. in this state you will gain absurd amounts of resources very quickly, your attacks are devestating, and your nodes create massive swathes of blob tiles instantly. you have, by all accounts, won. Go ahead and masscre the crew that tried and failed to contain you.

Overview
The Ancient Engineer is an unusual role. Being a ghost role, it is only normally available to players that have died, and are spectating the round as a ghost. However, unlike most other ghost roles, it is always available.

The Ancient Engineer is first and foremost meant to serve as an opportunity for players to practice the basics of engineering and basic combat while they wait for the next round to start.

When selected, you spawn as an Engineer who has been kept in suspended animation for an untold amount of time. You spawn with a decently robust but very heavy hardsuit and engineering equipment. Your station has fallen into disrepair in the extreme, with electrical and integrity issues everywhere. It is also inhabited by hostile creatures who will try to murder you on sight.

If you are able to secure the station and repair enough of the systems damage, you will have basic suites to practice engineering, chemistry, atmospherics, and botany in relative peace. Your food, generator fuel, and building supplies are very limited, so you will have to develop a degree of self sufficiency if you want to stay. However, there are crates stashed away throughout the station that contain extra supplies if you are willing to search for them.

The other choice is to repair the shuttle docked in the ship bay. To do so, you will have to find one of the two available shuttle console machine boards and use it to rebuild the piloting console in the shuttle. You will also have to secure plasma fuel from Atmospherics storage and dig away the asteroid rubble that has built up around the shuttle over the decades of inactivity. Once you have done so, you can leave the station and explore the local sector. Hint: the main station is located somewhere are coordinates 0,0, and it is totally permissible to return there so long as you don't metagame.

Overview
Ten Hut! You have been hand picked by the Syndicate to join an elite commando team with the one goal of blowing Nanotrasen's most valuable asset, Space Station 13, to high hell through the use of a nuclear bomb.

How to get started
As a nuke operative you will spawn at the Syndicate base or near a When you have made your plan, board the syndicate shuttle and head off towards the station (which is near 0,0. Use your nuke disk pinpointers if you need extra guidance).

The shuttle contains the nuke, the very thing you need to complete your mission, as well as lots of useful equipment that boarding station personnel could easily turn on you. The shuttle also has a small dedicated medical bay which comes with the furnishings to treat wounds and perform surgery. It also has oxygen gear vital for keeping you alive in the vacuum of space. Many a new nukie has died out in the cold airless void because they forgot to turn on their internals.

Your gear and you
To see what's available to buy from the Uplink, go here.
The stock nukie gear consists of your uniform, night vision goggles, hardsuit helm, a syndicate mask, your signature red hardsuit, a pair of red magboots or black jackboots, your headset, gloves, an oxygen tank, a stalker SMG, a PDA which has your telecrystal uplink, and your trusty stetchkin pistol.

Your night vision does exactly what you'd expect, letting you see in dark areas. The hardsuit helm and torso pieces make you immune to the cold and pressure, while offering very decent protection against weapons and explosives. You are not invincible in these however, and getting shot will still hurt. The headset doesn't let you hear the crew, but it does give you access to your own syndicate channel.

The Stalker will be your main offensive weapon unless you choose to buy something else to replace it. Be sure to bring extra ammo for it, as it burns through magazines rapidly.

The stetchkin is a small but scrappy fallback pistol. Use it if you've run out of other ammo or wish to conserve it. One of the best uses for the pistol, however, is getting someone out of the way, as one or two shots will usually send any unarmed crew member running. Be creative with your gear and strategize before hand, its how you'll win! speaking of which...

How to do your job
You need to get the Nuclear Authentication Disk. The pinpointer in your pack will show a large arrow pointing directly to it. plan with your fellow operatives as to how you'll approach it, will you infiltrate stealthily as miners, sneak up and blow open a wall to surprise security, or ram the shuttle directly into the station? <s>Once</s> If you get the disk, you will need to bring it back to nuke and insert it in. Enter the code you got at roundstart, unlock it, drag it over to the station, start the timer, and run like hell!

How to use TC Shop
First what you need to do is open your PDA, go to settings, click in the textbox underneath "Change Ringtone" and type in that case sensitive code you see in chat. The code should look something like "Kilo-350". If you forget your code, you can hit the antagonist objective reminder button near the top of your screen to get a reminder what your code was.

As an operative, You start with 25TC, but you can acquire more if you declare war on the syndicate operations console. Go to the Syndicate Items page to see what you can buy. As a nuclear Operative, you get many extra options that traitors don't have access to.

This means WAR!!!
Before you leave the base to make your attack, you have the option to declare war on the station. This is done on the Syndicate Operations Console. Prepare a threatening message and hit the big red button to declare war.

Declaring war takes away one of your largest advantages because the entire station now knows you are coming, letting them prepare defenses against you. The advantage you get for doing so is a lot a of bonus TC; Near the operations console will be a few TC Withdrawal stations, each of which will dispense extra TC every minute for 20 minutes, giving you a total of 280TC extra to buy loads of fun equipment you can't normally afford to buy.

There is no requirement to wait until the full 280TC has been dispensed, and it is advised that once you've made all the purchases you want, start heading for the station ASAP, as the longer you wait, the more time they have to prepare for your arrival.

How to improve
Nuke Ops is generally a very confrontational gamemode. Unlike traitors, you cant use the argument that you mean no harm, as you absolutely do. As such you will spend most of your time running around and shooting things, though if you are very smart about it, you can go for the sneaky route. To get better at the running and gunning, you can play <s>a catgirl clown</s> security. Go on patrol and respond to shootouts as often as possible. Or, if you are the diplomatic type, maybe, just maybe, you could figure out a peaceful approach?

Fugitives are a really simple antagonist in concept. As the Fugitive, you will be given just two objectives. Stay out of handcuffs and be on the emergency shuttle at the end of the round. Sounds easy, right? Wrong. The demands are simple, but the obstacles are enormous.

Being a fugitive on the run means that you start with no station access. In addition, from the moment the round starts, you're on the clock. A few minutes after the beginning of the shift, an alert will be broadcasted station wide alerting the crew of your presence and delivering orders for your arrest. You will spawn hopefully somewhere out of the way, such as maintenance, which gives you time to prepare, but also means that you're likely trapped without an easy exit. The only thing you come with is a mechanical toolbox, some cables, and a pair of budget insulated gloves. From there, it's up to you to scavenge, ambush, and and hack your way to a better hiding spot.

Lurk and Loot
So you've been dropped in a small maintenance service hallway. What is your list of priorities. Well, first, loot anything and everything around you. Without a crew PDA and being trapped in maintenance means that finding a source of light is probably one of your highest priorities. Another one you may not have thought of is food. It can actually be pretty difficult to keep yourself satiated, so you gotta find whatever snacks and cookies you can. If you see a mouse, kill it. Not only is it competing with you for any open food left in maintenance, but it can be used as food itself if you become desperate.

Some other things you will want to grab ASAP are any uniforms nearby (so as to cover up your very obvious prisoner jumpsuit), any med belts that are stored on racks or in closets, A mask to both allow for emergency oxygen and cover your face. any tools are incredibly useful, and can serve as an easy way to exit your predicament of being stuck in a dusty shaft without an id. Backup uniforms can also be useful as disguises.

While you do this, you must use your ears and listen for activity near you. Make mental plans to hide in an empty locker or retreat further into the halls you are stuck in so that you can evade detection from any passing assistants or security officers. If you think you're robust enough, you can attempt to spring an ambush. It is a bad idea to do this versus a security officer because they have every advantage against you

Space Wizards are a unique antagonist who has access to magical powers that defy scientific principles. Most are part of the Space Wizard Federation, a mysterious organization that is at war with NanoTrasen. The source of the wizard's power is their spellbook, which they consult to master a variety of spells to cast to cause chaos and devastation.

As the wizard, you will be given quite a few objectives (typically 4) to complete that will require you to steal high-risk items and assassinate crew members. Even as an almighty wizard, master of time and space, you are ultimately just as squishy and vulnerable as any other person. So, if you are to complete your objectives and survive to the end of the round, you will still have to demonstrate a high degree of cleverness to get the job done.

Understand that the Wizard is a work-in-progress antagonist, and does not have all of their abilities in game yet. Still, there's plenty to have fun with; enjoy your superiority over the station.
