Improve maps pages

We need to define a format that all maps articles will follow, in order to keep information neat. It should include information such as:

• Map name
• Map suggested population
• Map layout (include pictures)
• Map history (original author, who's mantaning it now, how has it changed and why. Include pictures if possible)
• Footer with links to all maps.
